New University Dorm Taking Shape
The new University of Scranton dormitory building at Mulberry St. and Clay Ave. takes shape as construction progresses at the big university complex. The structure is one of two dorms to be built on the site, purchased from Scranton Redevelopment Authority. The
buildings, which will house 240 students when completed, will cost $721,175. Addition of the two buildings will boost the dormitory capacity of the U of S to 650 residents students.
