This havoc was manmade and not a result of the flood. It's a scene of progress in clearing a site, for University of Scranton's community-financed science building at the former Scranton estate. The view is facing Linden St. with Monroe Ave. to the right of the photo. Cost of the building, to be completed a year from now, is $1,119,197.20.
