STUDENT BUILDING RISES:
University of Scranton Student Union Building, Linden St. at Quincy Ave., begins to take shape as workmen push construction of facade and installation of second-story window frames. The $890,000, 2 1/2-story center will contain auditorium, cafeteria, book store, game room, lounges, snack room and student activities office. Firm of Bellante & Clause is handling architectural work and Gerard & Pettinato Construction Co. has general contract.
