Work Progressing on U of S Student Center
Work moves ahead in erecting steel framework for $890,000 University of Scranton student center at Quincy Ave. and Linden St. When complete, the 2V2-story center will contain an auditorium, cafeteria, book store, game room, lounges, snack room and student activities offices. The firm of Bellante & Clauss is handling the architectural work and North End Lumber Co. is the contractor.
