Conclusions

After completing our research we have come to the conclusion that the University of Scranton made great efforts to help the issue of diversity and inclusivity on campus in the 1980s and 1990s. There were creation of multicultural clubs, such as the Black Culture Club, and programs such as the Friendship Program, meant to help international students. Besides the efforts to create more inclusive spaces, there was also a recognition of the University's past, and how that may effect students of color as well.
