Mr. Clarke, of the graduate class of ’96, served as assistant principal at Binghamton High School, Binghamton, N.Y., college liaison for student teachers in the Binghamton City School District, and guidance counselor from 1998 to 2005. He earned his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University where he held positions as a teacher and athletic coordinator in the Upward Bound Program.
